The Health Sciences minor is designed to allow students who do not have an AAS in an Allied Health professional area, to design a minor which compliments their major, career goals, or other personal interests. The minor requires at least 18 hours of HS and/or related courses: CT320 Interpersonal Communications and 3 hours of 3xx health-related psychology of sociology. HS430 Current issues in Professional Practice and HS440 Business Management Practicum are difficult to complete for individuals without and AAS in an allied health professional field, and can only be utilized with specific permission of the Chair for Health Professions.
